Welcome to the "EMI TA Workshop of Yuan Ze University College" for this academic year!
We are pleased to offer two sessions in this workshop:
◆Session 1:
" Navigating the Journey of an EMI TA: Challenges, Insights, and Practical Tips for Success"
• Speaker: Prof. Yu-Kuang Chen (Associate Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, National Central University)
• Time: 12:00–14:00, Monday, January 13th, 2025
• Venue: Room 1401B, 4F, Building 1, YZU

◆Session 2:
"Tips for Being an Effective EMI TA"
• Speaker: Ms. Szu-Wei Wu (Instructor, Language Teaching and Research Center, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University)
• Date & Time: 10:00–12:00, Monday, February 10th, 2025
• Venue: Online (Webex meeting link will be provided via email one week before the event.)
• Registration Period: From now until January 20th, 2025, or reach the limited quota.
Participants: Teachers and Students from colleges and universities interested in learning about being an EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) teaching assistant.
